Texas State University Strutters Dance Team

The first American Precision Dance Team to be founded at a four-year institution, and currently the largest university precision dance team in the United States. The Strutters have performed in twenty-six different countries across four different continents.

2011 - 2015

Traveled to High Schools in multiple cities informing students about the Strutters organization and answered questions. 

 

 

Strutters Jazz Elite Performance Group

2012 - 2015

The Jazz Elite is a specialty group within the Strutters' organization that individuals must audition for to join. The group consists of highly technical skilled dancers, and will often perform the more difficult parts within a team routine and has special performances throughout the year.

The Texas State University Line Officers help make up the student leadership of the prestigious organization. They consist of Strutters that have completed one or more years on the team and are chosen by the outgoing officers, director, and current Strutters.
